Alright, boys and girls; I hope you’re ready for the best, most manly pizza recipe ever. I mean, flour/wheat crusts are for mere, puny mortals. A real man (or woman) wouldn’t have time for yeast and rising dough. Instead of pesky bread doughs, they use meat as a pizza crust.
Although, it might initially sound a little strange or even gross, I can promise you meatza is anything but that. Meatza is the perfect low carb alternative to normal pizza dough and a serving of 1 slice will actually fill you up as opposed to a serving of 1 normal pizza slice. Although this probably isn’t the right recipe for vegetarians… go figure.

2 lbs Ground Beef
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 T Italian Seasoning
1 t Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 450
Combine ground beef and eggs until mixed thoroughly. Add cheese and spices. Flatten out onto 12×17 pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Get rid of excess grease before topping your pizza
Top your meatza crust with sauce, cheese and topping.
Return to oven until cheese is melted and toppings are cooked.

*If vegetables are used as a topping, pre cook them to remove excess moisture released by them as well as to make sure they get fully cooked. Since there isn’t much baking time once the meat is cooked, there isn’t a lot of time for toppings to cook properly.
